Delightfully preserved cherished Victorian pendant. And the stars never rise, but I feel the bright eyes / Of the beautiful Annabel Lee. Poe’s love poem was the essence of gothic Victorian sensibility. These “bright eyes” are iolite dabbled with tiny cultured pearl tears. 24k gold over sterling. 5/8 inch pendant on thin silver 14 inch chain.
